One album for everyone’s view of your event.
A wedding abroad, a family celebration or a reunion close to home: your guests capture moments from every corner of the event. FotoDrop.eu brings their photos together through one QR code or link, wherever they travel from.
Guests open the album in their phone browser, with no app or account needed. You sign in by email to manage it. If the album has password protection or encryption enabled, guests also need the password or the complete link containing the encryption key.
Share during the event and after the journey home
Display the QR code at the venue and send the same link afterwards. Guests can add photos whenever they have an internet connection, while the album is active. To check the QR code and venue Wi-Fi in advance, use a separate test album so your event album’s countdown hasn’t started.
EU storage for your album data and photos
Album details and uploaded photos use EU-restricted storage on FotoDrop.eu. This applies to album storage; email, analytics, backups and other services have their own processing locations. Our privacy policy explains these boundaries. This site uses a fixed storage region, with no region selector or automatic transfer to another FotoDrop site.
Start with a Free album
Your Free album holds up to 100 photos and stays available for 14 days from the first upload. No payment card needed. Videos are not included.
Open your album’s management page to upgrade to Mini (€9) or Full (€19), or to add photos, video, storage or more hosting time. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription. For larger events, Event Kit Base and XL give you a separate event workspace. School plans are not offered on this site. Use FotoDrop.eu to sign in and manage albums created here; accounts and albums on other FotoDrop sites are separate.
After your event
Photos are optimised to at most 4,000 pixels on the longest edge for viewing, downloading and everyday prints. Keep your camera originals separately and download the photos you want to keep before your album expires.
Create your album ahead of time. Its 14-day countdown starts with the first uploaded photo, including a test photo.
